In April, the company announced a $15 million funding round from investors including Columbia Capital, City Light Capital, SilverHaze Partners, Novak Biddle Venture Partners and Paladin Capital Group. Digital Signal is based in Chantilly, Va.
Vistaprint, the listed maker of professional marketing products and services, said it will acquire venture-backed Webs for $117.5 million. Webs is based in Silver Spring, Maryland, and has raised venture capital from Novak Biddle Venture Partners and Columbia Capital.
Boulder, Colo.-based SolidFire, a maker of all-solid-state primary storage systems for cloud service providers, has raised $25 million in a second financing round, bringing its total raised to $37 million.
