Numerate Raises Series B

Numerate Inc., a San Bruno, Calif.-based drug engineering company, has raised around $5.5 million in Series B funding, according to a regulatory filing. Backers include Foundation Capital and Lanza TechVentures. Numerate previously raised $4 million. www.numerate.com
