ReliOn Receives Strategic Investment from Cummins

ReliOn, a Spokane, Wash.-based maker of fuel cells, has received a strategic investment from the publicly traded power generation company Cummins Inc. The amount of the funding was not disclosed, but ReliOn, founded in 1995, has raised roughly $30 million over the years, including from Oak Investment Partners and Chrysalix Energy.

Centric Software Closes Series C Led by Oak Investment Partners

Centric Software, a provider of PLM software, has closed on $19 million in series C venture capital financing. Investors include Oak Investment Partners, which led the funding round, and Masthead Venture Partners. The most recent funding was the $11.6 million tranche of the Series C financing.
