Atlanta-based network security company Damballa Inc. has raised $12 million in new funding. New investor Paladin Capital Group contributed to the financing, as did existing investors Sigma Partners, Palomar Ventures, InterWest Partners, GRA Venture Fund, Imlay Investments, and Blumberg Capital. The company will use the new money to expand its technology. Paladin Capital is based in Washington D.C.
