BV Investment Partners has put New Track Media up for sale, sources tell peHUB. Petsky Prunier is advising on the auction.

Petsky Prunier has advised avVenta Worldwide, a provider of digital production services to brands and agencies across multiple industries, on its sale to Accenture. Founded in 2005, avVenta Worldwide provides interactive marketing production services, including digital production, marketing operations, and platform support, to more than 130 Fortune 500 companies in industries, such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, consumer packaged goods, retail, energy, technology, and travel.

Seth Rosenfield has been a media banker for 15 years and still thinks there’s lots of opportunity in the sector.

Seth Rosenfield has joined Petsky Prunier as an MD. He’s focusing on information services and business media. Rosenfield is a former banker with BMO Capital Markets and Veronis Suhler Stevenson.

Norm Colbert has joined Petsky Prunier LLC as a partner and head of its capital markets practice, private placements practice and West Coast investment banking efforts. He previously was global head of JP Morgan’s private placements group.
