CVC Completes Pilot Travel Deal

CVC Capital Partners has completed its acquisition of a 47.5% stake in Pilot Travel Centers, thus forming an equal governance partnership with Pilot Corp. The CVC stake was being purchased from Marathon Oil Corp. for an undisclosed amount. PTC operates the largest travel center network in the United States with 305 locations in 40 states.
