Booker Raises $27.5M From Bain, Revolution, Grotech, Others

Booker, formerly GramercyOne, said it raised $27.5 million in Series B funding in a deal led by Bain Capital Ventures and joined by existing investors Revolution Ventures, Grotech Ventures, TDF Ventures, and Vital Financial. The company will use this money to scale its product and sales staffs.

GramercyOne Seals $14.5M

GramercyOne, a maker of cloud-based business and marketing software, has sealed $14.5 million in Series A financing, the company announced Wednesday. Revolution Ventures led the investment round, with Grotech Ventures, TDF, and Jubilee Investments providing the remainder of the funding. GramercyOne launched in 2010 and is based in New York.
