Wide Open Spaces emerged from stealth mode and launched today. The venture-backed company, which raised $1.75 million in a previously unannounced seed round from Mercury Fund, RPM Ventures and Dundee Venture Capital last year, operates an online site called openseason to sell hunting and fishing items.

Xtime said it raised $23 million in a deal led by Bessemer Venture Partners and joined by Lumia Capital and existing investors RPM Ventures and Saints Capital. The company said Jeremy Levine, a Bessemer partner, and DFJ Venture Partner Heidi Roizen have joined the board.

BountyJobs, the online marketplace that introduces corporate recruiters with headhunters, has closed a new round of financing for $5 million, which was led by Greylock Partners. Joining Greylock in the round was Accel Partners and Michigan-based RPM Ventures.

JanRain, the provider of social identity management solutions for businesses, collected $15.5 million from investors including Anthem Venture Partners, DFJ Frontier, RPM Ventures, Tim Draper, and founder Larry Drebes with participation from Square 1 Bank. Emergence Capital Partners led the funding round. The company counts MTV, Tribune Co. and Dr. Pepper Snapple Group among its clients.

RPM Ventures has closed its second fund with $60 million in capital commitments. The Ann Arbor, Mich.-based firm makes seed and early-stage investments in IT and physical sciences companies.
