Bizible said Tuesday that it has raised $8 million in funding. Scale Venture Partners led the round with participation from Tim Kopp, Madrona Venture Partners, MHS Capital, Investment Group of Santa Barbara and Rob Glaser. In conjunction with the funding, Stacey Bishop of Scale Venture Partners has been added to Bizible’s board of directors. Bizible is a provider of marketing performance management solutions.

General Catalyst looks for payday with HubSpot IPO

Marketing software provider HubSpot Inc, which has raised about $100 million in venture capital, on Monday registered for an initial public offering. The filing shows that VCs own 66 percent of the company, led by General Catalyst Partners, which owns about 27 percent.

Scale Venture Partners’ Kate Mitchell rejoins NVCA board of directors

Kate Mitchell, co-founder and partner of Scale Venture Partners, has rejoined NVCA’s board as a director. Previously, Mitchell joined the board as a director in 2007 and then later served as a chairman from 2010 to 2011. Her current term will expire in 2016. Mitchell’s appointment comes after Silver Lake Kraftwerk’Adam Grosser’s resignation from the board.

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice is to acquire Healogics Holding Corp from Metalmark Capital and Scale Venture Partners. The transaction is valued at $910 million. Healogics is a wound care services provider.

In conjunction with the funding, Rory O’Driscoll, a partner at ScaleVP, has been added to Pantheon’s board of directors. Based in San Francisco, Pantheon is a website platform for professional developers, designers and marketers.

Crittercism said Wednesday that it has raised $30 million in Series C funding. Scale Venture Partners led the round with participation from InterWest Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Andy Vitus, a partner at Scale Venture Partners, has been added to Crittercism’s board of directors. Based in San Francisco, Crittercism is a provider of mobile application performance management solutions.

Box appoints healthcare advisors

Box has appointed Aneesh Chopra, the first chief technology officer of the US, and Glen Tullman, former CEO of Allscripts, to serve as special advisors for the company’s healthcare and life sciences practice. Bill.com secures funding

Business payment network Bill.com has closed $38 million in financing. Led by new investor Scale Venture Partners, the round also included participation from Bank of America, American Express, Fifth Third Bank, Pete Kight, founder of CheckFree, and Commerce Ventures, as well as all of Bill.com’s previous investors August Capital, Napier Park Global Capital, TTV Capital, Jafco Ventures, Emergence Capital and DCM. With this funding, Bill.com has raised $80 million to date.
