Big data software maker Splunk floated shares at $17 this morning, and they are presently trading at $32.01, an 88.3% rise. The San Francisco company priced them above its anticipated $11 to $13 range and raised $229.5 million.

Forget Facebook. The fate of the IPO market this week could depend on the public offerings of three lower profile enterprise companies backed by venture firms: Splunk, Infoblox and Proofpoint.

Splunk Inc., which makes software that collects and indexes data, said it expects its initial public offering of 13.5 million shares to be priced between $8 and $10 apiece, Reuters reported. Innovalight has been acquired by DuPont’s electronics and communications unit, according to a statement announced by the companies. Innovalight builds low-cost solar modules. Its backers include ARCH Venture Partners, Apax Partners, Sevin Rosen, Silicon Valley Bank and Convexa Capital Ventures.

AirWalk Communications, an 8-year-old, Richardson, Texas-based wireless technology startup, closed a $10 million Series B led by Sevin Rosen, along with TL Ventures, Alta Berkeley, Duchossois Technology Partners and Nedelco Inc. The company raised its last round of funding of $5 million back in September 2009.
