Campise joins SoftBank

Marissa Campise has left Venrock to join SoftBank Capital as a partner. Her move was initially reported by re/code on June 6 and tweeted by SoftBank Partner Joe Medved here. Reonomy said Tuesday that it has secured $3.7 million in Series A funding. SoftBank Capital led the round with participation from return backers Resolute Ventures, High Peaks Venture Partners, KEC Ventures and FinTech Collective. Also, Jeff Parker, the founder and former CEO of Thomson Financial, has been added to Reonomy’s board of directors. Based in New York City, Reonomy is a commercial real estate tech company.

Shake secures $3m VC funding

Mobile-first legal startup Shake has raised $3 million in venture capital financing. SoftBank Capital led the Series A round of funding with participation from existing investor RRE Ventures and from new investors BoxGroup, ENIAC Ventures, Mesa+, WGI Group, and Patrick Keane.

Updater Raises $5M From SoftBank, IA Ventures, Others

Updater said it raised about $5 million in a Series A round led by SoftBank Capital and IA Ventures. The company did not disclose its other investors. It said the money would be used to hired, expand technology resources and for marketing.

SocialFlow Raies $10M From Fairhaven, SoftBank, RRE, AOL, Others

SocialFlow said it raised a $10 million Series B round in a deal led by Fairhaven Capital and joined by existing investors SoftBank Capital, RRE Ventures, AOL Ventures and Betaworks. Also in the round were new investors kbs+ Ventures and Rand Capital Corporation. SocialFlow is developing social media marketing products.
