Updater said it raised about $5 million in a Series A round led by SoftBank Capital and IA Ventures. The company did not disclose its other investors. It said the money would be used to hired, expand technology resources and for marketing.

Work Market has raised $10 million in a round led by Softbank Capital and joined by existing backers Spark Capital and Union Square Ventures.

SocialFlow said it raised a $10 million Series B round in a deal led by Fairhaven Capital and joined by existing investors SoftBank Capital, RRE Ventures, AOL Ventures and Betaworks. Also in the round were new investors kbs+ Ventures and Rand Capital Corporation. SocialFlow is developing social media marketing products.
