Poshmark said it raised $12 million in a Series B financing led by Menlo Ventures and joined by existing investors Mayfield Fund, Inventus Capital, SoftTechVC, and SV Angel. The new round brings the company’s funding to $15.5 million. Poshmark will use the capital to support its online community, expand to new platforms and make new hires.

San Francisco-based startup ClassDojo has launched out of beta an announced it has raised $1.6 million in seed funding. The company, which says it already has 3.5 million teacher and student members on its site, helps teachers manage student behavior using game mechanics. Bessemer Venture Partners led a $21 million Series B round for Boulder, Colo.-based SendGrid, which makes a cloud-based platform for email deliverability. Existing investors Foundry Group, Highway 12 Ventures, SoftTechVC, 500 Startups and Bullet Time Ventures also participated. The money will help bolster the company’s staff and continue development efforts.
