Powerwave Technologies, a global supplier of end-to-end wireless solutions for wireless communications networks, has entered into a financing agreement with P-Wave Holdings, an affiliate of The Gores Group. The company has also announced the appointment of Khurram Sheikh as chief executive officer.

The Gores Group Small Capitalization Partners fund in partnership with David Matton has completed the acquisition of DMN Ltd. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. DMN provides communications network infrastructure, engineering services and support to communication providers and contractors in the UK and internationally.
