Trivest Partners collected $415 million for its latest fund. Trivest Fund V came in above its original target of $325 million and accepted commitments up to its $400 million cap. Trivest Capital is out marketing a fifth fund targeting $325 million.

Trivest Partners is recapitalizing Group III International, maker of outdoor products. Abacus Finance Group, which was the administrative agent and joint lead arranger for the $32.5 million senior secured credit facility, was joined in the financing by Madison Capital Funding LLC with legal counsel provided by Goulston & Storrs LLP.

Trivest Partners has recapitalized Ryko Manufacturing Co., a maker of automated car wash systems, acquiring a majority of the business. Financial terms of the deal were not released. Ryko’s management team will continue to lead the day-to-day operations of the company. Rykos was formed in 1973 and is based in Grimes, Iowa.

Trivest Partners said Tuesday that it has recapped AM Conservation Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. Charleston, S.C.-based AM Conservation supplies and designs energy and water conservation products. Trivest, of Coral Gables, Fla., is a private investment firm.

Pamlico Capital of Charlotte, N.C., acquired ATX Networks from Trivest Partners. Members of management re-invested in partnership with Pamlico Capital to complete the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed. ATX Networksof Ajax, Ontario, provides radio frequency management equipment.

Box-Board Products Inc., a portfolio company of Trivest Partners, has acquired B&N Containers Inc., a maker of custom corrugated boxes for the Southern Virginia region. No financial terms were disclosed.

Trivest Partners has promoted Jorge Gross Jr. to principal. He had joined the firm as a vice president in 2006.
