Social Investing Network Covestor Inks $4M Round

Covestor, a social networking company focused on personal investing, has sealed $4 million in fresh capital, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Formed in 2008, the company previously raised around $3.6 million from investors including Union Square, Spark Capital and Amadeus Capital. The company’s board includes Spark Capital’s Todd Dagres; Ann Glover of Amadeus Capital; and Albert Wenger from Union Square Ventures.
