Help desk SaaS provider Freshdesk has raised a $5 million Series B round of funding from Accel Partners and Tiger Global Management. The company raised a $1 million round from Accel late last year.

Company aims to disrupt the multi-billion dollar support industry through mobile, cloud and social innovation

Freshdesk closed its Series A funding in October last year. Since then, the company has been on a tear, tripling its customer base in just the last quarter.
