Clarizen Secures $12 Million Series E Growth Financing
Investment Will Accelerate the Company’s Global Expansion and Product Development
SAN MATEO, Calif., Jun 05, 2012 — Clarizen, the award-winning project management and social collaboration software company, today announced that it has completed a $12 million Series E financing round led by Vintage Partners. Existing Clarizen shareholders Benchmark Capital, Carmel Ventures, DAG Ventures and Opus Capital also participated. The funding will support continued expansion, strategic partnerships, and product development designed to enhance the end user experience.
The news comes on the heels of a banner year for Clarizen. The company saw 300% YOY growth in 2011, and continues strong expansion — adding over 100 new customers each month.
