Tonka Bay Equity Partners has appointed Matt Reck as an investment associate. Prior to joining Tonka Bay, Reck was an associate in the Minneapolis office of Harris Williams & Co, a middle market investment bank.
Tonka Bay Equity Partners LLC (“Tonka Bay”) announced that Matt Reck has joined the firm as an Investment Associate. In this role, Reck will assist in the execution of the firm’s overall investment activities.
Prior to joining Tonka Bay, Reck was an Associate in the Minneapolis office of Harris Williams & Co., a middle market investment bank. While at Harris Williams, Matt focused primarily on M&A advisory for clients in a variety of industries. Prior to Harris Williams, Matt was an Associate with Hillcrest Capital Partners, a Minneapolis-based lower middle market private equity firm, where he focused on transaction analysis and due diligence as well as portfolio company management.

Reck graduated from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota with degrees in finance and marketing.
