Sierra Ventures said it has added Aaron Tong as partner and Ayden Ye as analyst. Tong joins the firm from TCL Capital where he was a vice president and board member. Ye comes to Sierra from InnoSpring, the US-China incubator based in Silicon Valley.

Sierra Ventures announced the hiring of Aaron Tong as Partner and Ayden Ye as Analyst.
Aaron joins Sierra Ventures from TCL Capital where he served as a Vice President and Board Member. His investments included BestTV (China IPO) and Sky Solar (currently in the Hong Kong IPO registration process). Aaron holds both a Ph.D. from The George Washington University and a B.S. from Nanjing University, China.
Ayden joins Sierra Ventures from InnoSpring, the first Silicon Valley US-China incubator. He has a M.E., Computer Science from the UC Berkeley and a B.S. from Shanghai Jaio Tong University.
