H.I.G. Capital portfolio company Trinity Services Group has appointed Khadeeja Morse as chief human resources officer. Trinity Services Group is a support services business for secure facilities.
Trinity Services Group, Inc., a leader in essential support services for secure facilities, announced that Khadeeja Morse has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer. Trinity Services Group retained Raines International Inc., one of the country’s leading executive search firms, to conduct the search.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Morse will own all aspects of the human resources function with a particular focus on talent acquisition and performance management as the company continues an aggressive growth plan to expand into new geographical markets and new service areas. Morse brings more than 24 years of human resources experience across a wide variety of industries. She joins the company from Health Care Navigator, LLC, where she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources responsible for implementing an HR shared services strategy for 5 different operating companies. Prior, Morse served as the Vice President of Human Resources of Horizon Bay Retirement Living, where she was tasked with spearheading the human resources transformation of the organization. Previously, Morse held roles with Cox Communications, United Technologies, and First Data Corporation. Morse holds a lifetime Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
