Flipboard Raises $50M From Suhail Rizvi, Goldman, Kleiner, Others

Digital magazine Flipboard raised $50 million in new funding, according to several media reports. The deal values the company at $800 million and was led by Suhail Rizvi’s Rizvi Traverse Management and Goldman Sachs, said AllThingsD. Existing investor Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers also participated, according to TechCrunch. In the deal as well were Index Ventures and Insight Venture Partners, AllThingsD said.
