PE-backed Papa Murphy’s Holdings files for IPO

Papa Murphy’s Holdings has filed for an IPO. The number of shares that will be offered as well as the pricing terms have yet to be set. The stock will list on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “FRSH.” Jefferies, Robert W. Baird & Co. and Wells Fargo Securities will serve as the lead underwriters. Based in Vancouver, Washington, Papa Murphy’s Holding, which is backed by Lee Equity Partners, is a pizza chain franchisor.


VANCOUVER, Wash.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Papa Murphy’s Holdings, Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Papa Murphy’s Holdings, Inc. has applied to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “FRSH”.
Jefferies LLC, Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book-running managers in the proposed offering. William Blair & Company, L.L.C., Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and Stephens Inc. are acting as co-managers in the proposed offering.
