Century Park Capital Partners‘ portfolio company ICM Products has acquired Amber Chemical Company. Headquartered in Bridgwater, United Kingdom, Amber Chemical is a global solutions provider for high performance silicone emulsion and elastomer applications.
Century Park Capital Partners is pleased to announce that its portfolio company ICM Products, Inc., a leader in the silicone chemicals market with expertise in developing specialized silicone polymers, defoamers and emulsions, has acquired Amber Chemical Company Ltd. Headquartered in Bridgwater, United Kingdom, Amber Chemical is a leading global solutions provider for high performance silicone emulsion and elastomer applications. The company has production facilities in Richmond, Virginia; Lawrenceville, Georgia; Bridgwater, United Kingdom; Milan, Italy; and Tianjin, China. The new venture greatly expands ICM’s geographic and end market reach and bolsters its already strong presence in specialty emulsions.

Madison Capital Funding LLC, PNC Erieview Capital and Montpelier Fund LP provided the financing for the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
