Private equity firm EDG Partners is currently recruiting for an associate in its Washington, D.C., office. Primary responsibilities include new deal evaluation and execution; new deal screening, including initial review of Confidential Information Memorandums, primary and secondary industry research, and coordination and execution of diligence; attending industry trade shows and conferences to evaluate industry dynamics and competitive landscape and attending meetings with potential executives and industry experts along with other senior-level deal team members.

The firm also is seeking a vice president to be based in Atlanta. Responsibilities include new deal evaluation and execution; coordination, oversight and participation in full diligence process, work of third-party advisers and associates and participation in negotiation of legal documentation and debt financing structure for new deals.
