Current Capital has named Salvatore D. Fazzolari and Mary Jane Raymond to its advisory board. Fazzolari is the former chairman, president and CEO of Harsco Corp. while Raymond is the chief financial officer of II-VI Incorporated.
NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Current Capital LLC (“Current Capital”), a private equity investing and management services firm focused on middle market and smaller companies in the industrial and services industries, announced that two proven executives have joined its Advisory Board: Salvatore D. Fazzolari, the former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Harsco Corporation (NYSE: HSC), a diversified global industrial company serving industries that are vital to worldwide infrastructure, including energy, metals, railways, and construction; and Mary Jane Raymond, Chief Financial Officer of II-VI Incorporated (Nasdaq: IIVI), a global leader in engineered materials and opto-electronic components.

Salvatore Fazzolari is a member of the Board of a number of companies, including RPM International Inc. (NYSE: RPM), a world leader in specialty coatings, sealants, building products and related services serving both industrial and consumer markets. During a 32-year career at Harsco, Sal served in numerous leadership positions and played an instrumental role in Harsco’s significant growth as a global industrial enterprise. As Chief Executive Officer, he initiated a strategic business transformation founded on globalization, innovation and optimization. Previously, he served as President and Chief Financial Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Vice President and Corporate Controller, and more than ten years in internal audit.
Mary Jane Raymond has over 25 years of experience as a finance professional with major corporations in the services industries. Most recently, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Hudson Global, Inc. and, previously, she was the Chief Risk Officer and Vice President and Corporate Controller at Dun and Bradstreet, Inc. Additionally, she was the Vice President, Merger Integration at Lucent Technologies, Inc. and held several management assignments at Cummins Engine Company.
