Trupanion has filed for an IPO. The number of shares that will be sold as well as the stock’s pricing terms have yet to be set. RBC Capital Markets, Barclays and Stifel will serve as the lead underwriters. Based in Seattle, Trupanion is a pet insurance provider. It is backed by Maveron and Highland Capital Partners.
SEATTLE– June 16, 2014 —Trupanion, Inc. announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
RBC Capital Markets, Barclays and Stifel are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Canaccord Genuity and Cowen and Company are acting as co-managers for the offering.
