Brookside Mezzanine Partners has promoted Devon C. Burger and Gregory C. Foy to partner. Prior to joining BMP, Burger worked at RFE Investment Partners where she was a senior analyst while Foy worked at Hartford Investment Management Company where he served as a senior vice president in the mezzanine and private equity group.
Brookside Mezzanine Partners (“BMP”) is pleased to announce the promotions of Devon C. Burger and Gregory C. Foy to Partner.
Devon has been a member of Brookside Mezzanine Partners since joining the Firm in 2005. Her responsibilities include deal origination, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring. Previously, Devon was a Senior Analyst at RFE Investment Partners, a private equity investment firm focused on the lower middle-market. She started her career as an Auditor at KPMG and is a CPA. Devon is a graduate of Bucknell University and she received her MBA from The University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, where she graduated with honors.
Greg has been a member of Brookside Mezzanine Partners since joining the firm in 2009 and opening its Boston, MA office. His responsibilities include deal origination, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring. Previously, Greg was a Senior Vice President in the Mezzanine and Private Equity Group at Hartford Investment Management Company and also held senior positions at GE Capital, Citizens Capital and FleetBoston. Greg started his career working for Bank of Boston. Greg is a graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
