Also, the same funds have made a $3.5 million investment in Signature Contracting Services, an infrastructure contracting and services firm. Both entegra and Signature are based in North Texas.
DALLAS, July 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — TWV Capital Management (TWV Capital) announces the closing of a $2.5 million investment by Texas Women Ventures Fund II, L.P. and Texas Women Ventures Fund-Side, L.P. (“TWV”) in entegra technologies, inc. (“entegra”), the industry leader in customizable, modular tablets.
TWV Capital also announces the closing of a $3.5 million investment by the same funds in Signature Contracting Services, L.L.C. Both portfolio companies are located in North Texas and both closings took place on June 12, 2014.
