Auris Medical Holding AG announced today that it has commenced the underwritten initial public offering of 6,900,000 of its common shares (Offering) pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In connection with the Offering, the Company intends to grant the underwriters the option to purchase up to 1,035,000 additional common shares. The estimated price range for the initial public offering is $10.00 to $12.00 per common share. Auris Medical Holding AG has applied to list its common shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “EARS”.
Jefferies LLC and Leerink Partners LLC are acting as joint book-running managers in the proposed offering. JMP Securities LLC and Needham & Company, LLC are acting as co-managers in the proposed offering.
