Yahoo has agreed to acquire Flurry. No financial terms were disclosed. Flurry is a mobile analytics and ad platform. Its backers included First Round Capital, Menlo Ventures, Draper Richards, DFJ, InterWest Partners, Crosslink Capital, Menlo Ventures, Union Square Ventures and Borealis Ventures.
SUNNYVALE, Calif. & SAN FRANCISCO, Jul 21, 2014 (BUSINESS WIRE) — Yahoo! Inc. and Flurry, Inc. announced today that they have reached a definitive agreement for Yahoo to acquire Flurry.
