ORIX USA is currently hiring for associates in various strategies, including middle market lending, venture finance, mezzanine debt and private equity, Latin America investing and strategic fund investments. Qualified candidates should have an MBA and at least two to three years of experience in investment banking, private equity or related financial services environment.
Dyal Capital Partners, part of NB Alternatives group within Neuberger Berman, is hiring for a private equity senior associate. Dyal focuses on acquiring minority stakes in established asset managers and since December 2011 has completed 10 deals. The job includes participating in financial due diligence, modeling of management company economics, monitoring and reporting on financial performance of Dyal’s existing partners and performance tracking, among other things.
Blackstone Group’s Park Hill Group is looking for a secondaries analyst to support and grow the firm’s secondary practice. Responsibilities include constructing portfolio summaries and analytics, building models to analyze transaction returns, maintaining electronic data rooms and pricing databases and assisting in preparation of marketing documents, among other things.
The South Carolina Retirement System Investment Commission, which manages more than $29 billion, is searching for a director, private markets. The successful candidate will develop and implement an investment program within private market strategies, including venture/growth, buyout, mezzanine, distressed and direct lending.
