Viptela raises $75 mln from Redline, Northgate, Sequoia, is valued at $875 mln


Viptela has raised $75 million of Series C capital in a round led by Redline Capital and joined by new investor Northgate Capital and existing investor Sequoia Capital, according to a press release. The round values the company at $875 million, the release said.

As part of the deal, Redline CEO Tatiana Evtushenkova has joined the board. The company will use the new money to scale sales, marketing, technical support, and research & development.

The software defined wide area networking company has now raised nearly $110 million, the release said.
