Morgan Stanley is looking to hire a private equity infrastructure investing analyst. Duties include in-depth sector research in support of investment idea generation, producing investment memoranda on acquisition opportunities, financial modeling and valuation on companies and assets, supporting transactions by managing advisors and consultants on due diligence items, and monitoring the performance of portfolio companies. A top-tier university degree and 0.5 to 1.5 years of experience in investment banking or private equity are required. The position is located in New York.

Fitch Ratings is recruiting an associate director or director, private equity, BRM. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining constant awareness of market conditions, private equity sector and fundraising trends, developments in corporate debt markets broadly and specifically in relation to private equity transaction funding. Applicants need at least four years of experience involving qualitative and quantitative analysis; strategy consulting, corporate development or investment banking/leveraged finance experience is a plus. The position is located in New York.

State Street is seeking a private equity fund services manager, officer. Fund administration officers are responsible for maintaining direct client relationships and the day-to-day accounting and administration for several client-sponsored investment funds. Candidates must have an accounting degree and at least five years of experience, including as a supervisor. Private equity experience is a plus. The position is located in Clifton, New Jersey.

The State of Wisconsin Investment Board is searching for an investment analyst to join its Private Markets & Funds Alpha Division. The hire will work with the portfolio manager and senior managing analyst to manage and track investment opportunities, and participate in discussions with the private equity team regarding new potential co-investments. He or she will also conduct investment screening, industry research, market analysis, and portfolio company monitoring. One to three years of related experience are required. The position is located in Madison, WI.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP is in the market for a business development specialist (investment funds). The hire will provide general marketing and business development assistance to Investment Funds Group attorneys by working closely with the Investment Funds Manager. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with private equity fund formation and the marketing and fundraising of private investment funds, including an understanding of active sponsors, investors, placement agents and other constituents. Law firm experience is preferred. The position is located in New York.
