Bullpen Capital has raised additional capital for its third fund, bringing total commitments to $83.6 million, according to a filing with the SEC.
The firm in December had announced the oversubscribed fund raised $75 million. The fund is a substantial step up from the Bullpen’s $31 million second fund from 2013 and allows the firm to put more money to work in its post-seed deals.
The fund has drawn first-time backers Venture Investment Associates and Oberlin College, along with return investor Greenspring Associates.
