YL Ventures has raised a $75 million third fund, according to a filing with the SEC.
The California firm makes seed investments in Israeli tech companies and was founded by Yoav Leitersdorf. The firm’s previous 2013 fund was $27.5 million, according to data from Thomson Reuters.
The newly raised YLV III received commitments from 45 LPs, the filing said.
