Highland Capital Partners has set out to raise a $300 million tenth venture fund, according to a filing with the SEC.
The fund is a reduction from the firm’s $400 million ninth fund raised in 2013, though Highland did close a 380 million European growth fund in 2015, according to Thomson Reuters.
The fund is to be managed by partners Paul Maeder, Bob Davis, Corey Mulloy, Craig Driscoll, Dan Nova and Manish Patel, the filing shows. Partner Sean Dalton is not listed.
The filing did not report a first close.
