Palo Alto, California-based Science Exchange, operator of a platform for scientific services, has raised $28 million in Series C funding led by Norwest Venture Partners. Existing investors Union Square Ventures, Maverick Capital and Collaborative Fund also participated in the latest round. The company has now raised $58 million in funding since it was founded in 2011. As part of the funding, Norwest General Partner Casper de Clercq has joined the company’s board.
