Moment Ventures targets $50 mln for second fund

Moment Ventures has raised $12.5 million for its sophomore fund, according to an SEC filing. The target is $50 million. Based in Palo Alto, California, Moment is a seed and early-stage venture firm that invests in the infrastructure of everything companies.

The firm is led by co-founders and General Partners Ammar Hanafi, who previously was with Alloy Ventures, and Clint Chao, who before Moment was with Formative Ventures.
