Innovation Endeavors said it merged with Israel’s Marker LLC, and in a blog post noted that the combined entity would retain the Innovation Endeavors name.
The post said Innovation Endeavors’ co-founder Eric Schmidt will remain the firm’s anchor LP and take on the role of a non-managing member.
The combined firm will have offices in Herzliya, New York City and Silicon Valley, and back early and expansion-stage technology companies.
Its investment team will be led by founding partners Dror Berman and Scott Brady, and Rick Scanlan and Yuval Shachar from Marker. Other partners are Liat Aaronson and Ziv Kop.
The two firms said they began working together in 2013.
