Mr. Subramanian has more than two decades of industry experience, having spent the majority of his career raising private capital for growing companies, and has a track record for launching new successful business lines. He was previously Head of Technology Private Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley where he also scaled its private capital markets business.

“Private capital has become an increasing significant source of financing across all industries.
