Ignition Partners has hired Cameron Borumand as an associate. Previously, Borumand worked at Curious Capital where he was co-founder.
BELLEVUE, Wash. & LOS ALTOS, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ignition Partners, an early stage, business software venture capital firm, has named Cameron Borumand as an associate with the firm’s investment team in Bellevue. Cameron will help source, identify, and support new investments.
Borumand joins Ignition from Seattle-based Curious Capital. As a co-founder at Curious, he and his partner raised capital from outside investors and invested in seed stage technology companies.

Prior to Curious Capital, Cameron spent over two years at Vaquero Capital as an Investment Banking Analyst. At Vaquero, Cameron was critical in leading marketing and diligence efforts, as well as sourcing transactions for two leading software companies.
Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
