Boston-based Drift, a conversation-driven marketing and sales platform, has named Julie Hogan as vice president of customer success and services. Previously, Hogan worked at HubSpot where she most recently was vice president of customer success management and international services. Drift’s backers include General Catalyst, CRV, HubSpot and Sequoia Capital.
BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Drift, the world’s first and only conversational marketing and sales platform, today announced that Julie Hogan has joined the company as Vice President of Customer Success and Services. Hogan comes to Drift from HubSpot, where she had been since 2010, and most recently served as Vice President of Customer Success Management and International Services.

While at HubSpot, Hogan was responsible for retention and upsell of HubSpot’s global direct customer base and customer success team, as well as HubSpot’s European, APAC, and Latin America Services teams, managing $24M in recurring revenue. She also led the strategy and execution of all global expansion for HubSpot’s Services organization, and was responsible for building, developing, and leading those teams in Dublin, Sydney, Singapore, Latin America, Japan, and Germany. During this phase of global expansion, she spent time living in both Dublin and Singapore. Prior to HubSpot, Hogan worked at Deloitte as a Human Capital Consultant.
