NFX has raised a $150 million early stage fund, according to a blog post and a filing with the SEC.
The capital will fund seed and Series A deals wth $500,000 to $5 million, the post says. It also will expand the accelerator program the firm began in 2015 by doubling its initial investment to $250,000 and the length of a startup’s participation to six months.
The firm is run by Trulia co-founder Pete Flint, and entrepreneurs James Currier and Gigi Levy-Weiss.
Eighty one LPs backed the fund.
