JPMorgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank is hiring a private equity fund services vice president. The role’s principal responsibilities are coordination, management and oversight of fund accounting and administration services for private equity clients. The successful candidate will maintain the books and records of PE fund entities, review periodic net asset valuations including all supporting workbooks and documentation, and prepare and/or review consolidated financial statements and capital calls/distributions. At least eight years of experience, preferably including work at a Big 4 firm, are required. The position is located in Brooklyn, New York.
BNP Paribas is looking for an associate, M&A advisory. The hire will support the origination and execution of advisory activities on the West Coast.
