FocalPoint Partners LLC acted as financial adviser, and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP acted as legal adviser to Fralock. Houlihan Lokey was financial adviser, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP was legal adviser to Arsenal.
