London-based Chargifi, provider of a wireless power charging platform, announced it has raised $7 million in funding. The investment was led by Accelerated Digital Ventures, with other investors including Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and firstminute capital. The funding will be used to support its expansion to U.S. and Asian markets at a time when the demand for wireless power is on the rise. In addition, Chargifi has partnered with HPE to roll out its wireless power to the company’s customers as part of its connectivity solutions. Chargifi, which also has a New York office and was founded in 2013, previously raised $3.4 million in funding.
