Law firm Goodwin has added Scott Joachim and David Johanson to its Silicon Valley office as partners in the private equity and tech companies practices. Previously, Joachim and Johanson were partners at Fenwick & West LLP, where Joachim was founder and chair of the firm’s private equity practice.
