DG12 is not raising a venture-capital fund, according to angel investor Lee Linden.
An SEC filing announcing the fund and not specifying a target size was filed incorrectly, Linden said.
The filing said the fund was to be managed by Linden, founder of Tapjoy and Karma, and Daniel Gross, co-founder of Cue and a partner at Y Combinator.
A correction was made to this post after Linden said the filing was erroneous.
