Golub Capital has provided $480 million in senior credit facilities to back Genstar Capital‘s acquisition of Drillinginfo. Austin-based Drillinginfo is a software, data and analytics platform for the energy value chain.
CHICAGO, Aug. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Golub Capital recently announced that, as Administrative Agent, Joint Lead Arranger and Joint Bookrunner, it provided a $480 million senior credit facilities to support the buyout of Drillinginfo (the “Company”) by Genstar Capital LLC (“Genstar”).
