Heitman appoints Napier as client service and marketing SVP


Heitman LLC, a real estate investment management firm, has named Scott Napier as senior vice president, client service and marketing. Previously, Napier was head of intermediary and third party distribution at Pzena Investment Management Inc.

Chicago, Sept. 18, 2018 – Heitman LLC (“Heitman”), a global real estate investment management firm, today announced that Scott Napier has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Client Service and Marketing. Mr. Napier joins a growing team within Heitman’s Client Service & Marketing group with responsibility for supporting the firm’s initiatives and clients within the sub-advisory and financial intermediary channels.

Prior to joining Heitman, Mr. Napier was Head of Intermediary and Third Party Distribution at Pzena Investment Management, Inc. and also held senior roles across several retail platforms including at OppenheimerFunds, Inc. and Invesco.

Mr. Napier has an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He holds a CIMA designation, as well as Series 7, 24, 63, 66 licenses.
